Not long ago my application for membership at a nearby nudist resort was accepted and ratified. I think my wife thought I was going through some stage of mid-life crisis (maybe I am!!), however, I soon found myself spending many hours at home nude, doing those mundane chores and even weeding the garden and washing the car totally naked and thoroughly enjoying the experience. It wasn't long before my wife figured that what was good for the goose, could be even better for the gander,...

Hi,

My name is Martin and I've recently joined the forum having been a secret naturist for years.

I wonder what other members look like and I thought it would be good for newbies and other members post a picture of themselves here.

Here is a photo of me running naked along a beach in Anglesey. I would be very happy if Isabelle can include this phot in her Nude Friends pages as it shows me enjoying life as nature intended.

sun/cancer issues

When I go to the beach currently, I am very careful re: sun exposure. I stay under the umbrella (if available), wear a t-shirt constantly (in and out of the water) and apply sunscreen liberally. I have had problems (minor) with skin cancer in the past. Minimizing my sun exposure is important to me. Increasing body exposure to the sun (at least during the most intense parts of the day) makes no sense to me health-wise. Well, I don't... as my parents were already naturists.

So naturism is just "natural" for me and I cannot imagine spending holidays, swimming in sea, sunning on the beach other than naked.

Anyway, this is an important topic, and sharing here with us your experiences can help many new naturists to dare to bare it all, to calm their apprehensions, especially girls.

If you have not yet tried naturism, believe me, do it and you will never regret it. Just look at all...
